Shipping Policy

All orders will be shipped U.P.S. ground within 48 hours of  purchase on business days (Monday-Friday). 

This pertains to all in stock items.  To see if an item is in stock please call 830-990-1212

or email info@linens-n-more.com.  Free ground shipping is on all orders over $150 to the Continental 48 U.S. states only.  However, if an order exceeds size and weight limits that allow us to ship for free, we may contact the customer for a shipping fee before fulfilling the order. For international, Hawaii, Alaska, or air shipments please call 830-990-1212 or email info@linens-n-more.com for a shipping quote.

If you wish to return your order for any reason please call 830-990-1212 so you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 14 days of the purchase date (or date received, if special order) will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Refunds for items returned more than thirty days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and also a 20% restocking fee will not be refunded. If the item was shipped at no charge, the shipping paid by Linens-N-More will be deducted from the amount of the refund.
